That was\u00a0in reply to my question about the debris.<\/p>\n<p>So, during my Christmas holidays I arranged with some friends to remove all the debris. In that way I thought that the flat would be ready for the works to start without any delays from me.<\/p>\n<p>However, the responsibility for the debris removals lies with <a title=\"Zurich Insurance Plc\" href=\"http:\/\/www.zurich.co.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zurich Insurance<\/a> and not us. We had to remove only contents debris and not the building debris.
