SUMMARY OF ISSUES<\/strong><\/h2>\n

After 21 months<\/strong> and 9\u00a0changes<\/strong> of accommodation, this is a summary of the current, past and ongoing issues with the insurance:<\/p>\n

  1. Four leaks<\/strong>\u00a0inside toilet:\n
      \n
    1. July 2013<\/a><\/li>\n
    2. December 2013<\/a><\/li>\n
    3. 29th March 2014<\/a><\/li>\n
    4. 31st March 2014<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    5. Flooded Bathroom Floor\u00a0<\/strong>due to bad cistern installation<\/a><\/li>\n
    6. Three times condensation<\/strong> inside the property with damages to walls<\/a>, ceilings, wooden floor upstairs\n

      1. November 2013<\/a><\/li>\n
      2. January 2014<\/a><\/li>\n
      3. March 2014<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      4. Wrong Windows Installation<\/strong>\n
          \n
        1. water was drained inside the property<\/a><\/li>\n
        2. gaps on each side never filled with expansion foam<\/li>\n
        3. water enters the frame even when windows are closed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        4. Five Floor installations<\/strong><\/li>\n
        5. Health Problems<\/strong> due to burnt debris<\/a><\/li>\n
        6. Health Risks due to asbestos tests after we entered the property<\/li>\n
        7. False Electrical Certificates<\/strong> (wrong dates, job descriptions, address<\/a>, etc)<\/li>\n
        8. Damages to the entrance door<\/a><\/li>\n
        9. Damages to wooden stairs and upstairs floor<\/li>\n
        10. Bad Works and misleading\/inaccurate statements:<\/strong>\n
            \n
          1. Windows installation allowed water to drain inside the property<\/a><\/li>\n
          2. Promised BAL F76 installation but it was not there<\/li>\n
          3. Satisfaction with floor preparation against manufacturer’s recommendations<\/a><\/li>\n
          4. Photographic evidence not<\/strong> provided<\/a> as per written promises<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          5. Broken tiles<\/a> on the bathroom<\/li>\n
          6. Flickering lights<\/a><\/li>\n
          7. Additional electrical issues (June 2014):\n
              \n
            1. Upstairs lights switch back boxes\u00a0are not earthed.<\/li>\n
            2. Downstairs lights switch back boxes\u00a0are not earthed.<\/li>\n
            3. Upstairs lights do not tripping RCD.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
