\"no-work\"<\/strong>Yesterday I was told that the accommodation has been extended until the 03rd March 2014. However, today GAB Robins Ltd<\/a> told me that it is extended only for a few days!<\/p>\n

As for the rest of the works? A mystery covers the whole situation.<\/p>\n

At 08:36<\/strong> I called GAB Robins Ltd<\/a> and I was told that they have extended my accommodation for a few days until they find another flat for me. However yesterday they told me that the hotel was extended until the 03rd March 2014.<\/p>\n

At 08:41<\/strong> I called Mr Adrian M. , Loss Adjuster from GAB Robins Ltd<\/a> and I left a voice mail requesting an update.<\/p>\n

At 08:44<\/strong> I called Mr\u00a0P.M.,\u00a0BRICS Contractor Manager from GAB Robins Ltd<\/a>\u00a0and I left a voice mail requesting an update.<\/p>\n

At 08:36<\/strong>\u00a0I received an email from Mr\u00a0P.M.,\u00a0BRICS Contractor Manager from GAB Robins Ltd<\/a>\u00a0saying nothing new.<\/p>\n

At 09:04<\/strong>\u00a0I spoke with Ms Lisa S. from Zurich Insurance Plc<\/a> regarding the current situation. She was not able to add something new but she promised to call GAB Robins regarding the accommodation as well as the schedule of works.<\/p>\n

At 09:29<\/strong> I sent an email to Ms Sarah J. from Zurich Insurance Plc<\/a> \u00a0requesting a call back.<\/p>\n

At 09:58<\/strong> I called GAB Robins Ltd<\/a> and they still did not have any updates.<\/p>\n

At 10:14<\/strong> Mr Adrian M. called me. He mentioned that he will call CountryWide immediately and then he will ask the flooring company for an update.<\/p>\n

At 10:51<\/strong>\u00a0I sent an email to Right Units<\/a> requesting an update about their visit to my property on the 13th February 2014.<\/p>\n

At 11:12<\/strong>\u00a0I sent an email to NICEIC<\/a> regarding my complaint about the inaccurate certificates. Read more here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

At 12:00<\/strong>\u00a0I called GAB Robins Ltd<\/a> and I was informed that they have emailed CountryWide concerning the accommodation and they have requested to be treated urgently.<\/p>\n

At 12:05<\/strong>\u00a0I called CountryWide and I was told that they have not received anything from GAB Robins Ltd.<\/p>\n

At 12:08<\/strong>\u00a0I called GAB Robins Ltd<\/a> and I was told that the previous lady lied to me and that they had basically just emailed Mr Adrian M. and not CountryWide.<\/p>\n

At 12:28<\/strong> I sent a SMS to Mr Adrian M. saying: “Dear Mr M. is there any update from CountryWide for the extension.”<\/p>\n

At 12:40<\/strong>\u00a0I sent and email to Ms Lisa S. from\u00a0Zurich Insurance Plc<\/a>\u00a0regarding the accommodation renewal.<\/p>\n

At 13:00<\/strong> Mr M. replied saying: “we are in contact with them now to extend. adrian”<\/p>\n

At 14:11<\/strong>\u00a0I sent an email to Mr\u00a0P.M.,\u00a0BRICS Contractor Manager from GAB Robins Ltd<\/a> stating: “Did anyone called the Rights Unit Ltd for an update over the phone? I hope you will not wait for a few weeks until their response arrive in the post. Please have in mind that\u00a0the cost for every day\u00a0<\/strong>you delay the works\u00a0is approx\u00a0\u00a3500.<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

At 14:25<\/strong>\u00a0I sent an email to Ms Sarah J. from Zurich Insurance Plc<\/a> regarding my complaint<\/a>.<\/p>\n

At 14:28<\/strong> I sent another SMS to Mr Adrian M. stating: “Any update about the renewal?”<\/p>\n

At 14:31 <\/strong>I called GAB Robins Ltd and after 35 mins on the phone they told me that someone called Alan from CountryWide will call me to arrange the accommodation.<\/p>\n

At 14:45\u00a0<\/strong>I called CountryWide and I was told that they have all the information they need. However they did not know when they will book the hotel.<\/p>\n
