He mentioned the reasons for the delay to reach a decision and requested from Mr Rhys Makinson to give a timescale for this analytical consideration of whether moving from Zurich would be technically feasible and\/or justified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>At 09:24<\/strong>\u00a0I received an email from\u00a0Mr Gary D. from Zurich Insurance Plc promised stating that someone from GAB Robins Ltd will reply to me urgently.<\/p>\n<p><strong>At 14:52<\/strong> I received a SMS from CountryWide informed me that our accommodation to the Premier Inn hotel has been extended until the 31st March 2014.<\/p>\n<p><strong>At 23:29<\/strong>\u00a0I received an email from Mr Nick H., Building Services Technical Director\u00a0from GAB Robins Ltd. He stated that Mr Adrian M. is dealing with the accommodation and expenses.<\/p>\n<p>He also mentioned that &#8220;we are liaising with the contractor to obtain their comments \/ feedback and a full response is being compiled which will be issued to you tomorrow to address the points you have raised which we trust will be acceptable. &#8220;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At 09:05 I sent an email to Mr Gary D. from Zurich Insurance Plc regarding the bad works on my flat.
