The current outstanding issues (June 2017) for this building insurance claim are:
- Front door does not meet the building regulations (2005- 2006)
- While Camden Council will replace the front door free of charge, they will not cover all the decoration damages on the premises.
- Camden Council will not cover or guarantee that the wood floor will not be damaged.
