On 04 May 2017 at 16:01 I wrote to Mr Gary D. from Zurich the following:
Dear Mr D.,
Since the job was not completed properly by the insurance during my previous claim (Ref: 1011xxxxx) I am now formally asking the insurance to rectify the wrongs of the previous claim under my policy (Ref: —–) and put everything right as per your Terms and Conditions.
Shall I open a new claim for the main entrance door or can I claim under the old reference number?
