Today, Right Units Limited has confirmed that the main entrance door is non compliant with the building regulations (2005-2006) and hence the door is not fire-resisting. They stated:

With reference to your email, the replacement door that we fitted back in 2013 was supplied and fitted on a like-for-like basis as per Walsh Renovations instructions. As far as we know it is not compliant with the regulations in stated in your email.
