In less than a week the Capital Services Ltd’s subcontractors managed to destroy:

1. Condensation since the contractors have left the hot water tap running for days,
2. Damages to the new adhesive (very wet patches)
3. Damages to the walls
4. Damages to the ceilings
5. Damages to the toilet door frame,
6. Damages to the main entrance’s door handle
7. Damages to the main entrance’s door frome
8. Lights left on
9. Main door does not close as good as before.
10. Other wall marks and damages
