GAB Robins Ltd had used money under my policy in order to pay for their contractors’ mistakes.
Basically, GAB Robins Ltd states on their website that they have spent £162,091.88 on my claim which is not true. They have spent £64,804.19 on my initial claim while the rest amount was spent to fix their contractor’s mistakes. The rest of the mount, £97,287.69 is basically Zurich’s claim against their contractors for their bad jobs/workmanship.
This has to be removed from my record so I cannot have any future problems with getting insurance.
