Mr Ricky from the contractors company came to the flat and checked the moisture and humidity levels inside the flat. He said that everything was ok and that the floor guys from the Andrew Watson & Son Ltd will come tomorrow to start laying the floor.
The major problem with that is that the wooden floor was inside the flat when the humidity was 83% and then it was removed on a rainy day to another location. Now the wood is not acclimated to the flat’s conditions which means more problems in the future.
My emails to Zurich Insurance Plc and GAB Robins Ltd are still unanswered.
