When I visited the property yesterday I discovered that there are two huge holes below the windows frame and some condensation near the left side hole.
That condensation cannot be possibly created from the hole further above that is used for the satellite cables.
I have requested to see the report so I can understand the concerns of Mr Ricky who made the original survey.
The above holes were supposed to be filled by the windows’ installers last April 2013. This is probably the reason for the floor problems that we had initially.
We also received only the first page of The Revival Company’s report. Hopefully we will have the rest soon.
