My normal trip to work turned to a huge chaotic mess today. The 15 min trip to Paddington with the bus was turned to a 1.5 hours journey. This happened because there is no direct bus connection between Waterloo and Paddington.
This is another example of the stress and inconvenience we suffer due to insurance unnecessary delays to finish the works.
