Accommodation Nightmares

no-workYesterday I was told that the accommodation has been extended until the 03rd March 2014. However, today GAB Robins Ltd told me that it is extended only for a few days!

As for the rest of the works? A mystery covers the whole situation.

At 08:36 I called GAB Robins Ltd and I was told that they have extended my accommodation for a few days until they find another flat for me. However yesterday they told me that the hotel was extended until the 03rd March 2014.

At 08:41 I called Mr Adrian M. , Loss Adjuster from GAB Robins Ltd and I left a voice mail requesting an update.

At 08:44 I called Mr P.M., BRICS Contractor Manager from GAB Robins Ltd and I left a voice mail requesting an update.

At 08:36 I received an email from Mr P.M., BRICS Contractor Manager from GAB Robins Ltd saying nothing new.

At 09:04 I spoke with Ms Lisa S. from Zurich Insurance Plc regarding the current situation. She was not able to add something new but she promised to call GAB Robins regarding the accommodation as well as the schedule of works.

At 09:29 I sent an email to Ms Sarah J. from Zurich Insurance Plc  requesting a call back.

At 09:58 I called GAB Robins Ltd and they still did not have any updates.

At 10:14 Mr Adrian M. called me. He mentioned that he will call CountryWide immediately and then he will ask the flooring company for an update.

At 10:51 I sent an email to Right Units requesting an update about their visit to my property on the 13th February 2014.

At 11:12 I sent an email to NICEIC regarding my complaint about the inaccurate certificates. Read more here.

At 12:00 I called GAB Robins Ltd and I was informed that they have emailed CountryWide concerning the accommodation and they have requested to be treated urgently.

At 12:05 I called CountryWide and I was told that they have not received anything from GAB Robins Ltd.

At 12:08 I called GAB Robins Ltd and I was told that the previous lady lied to me and that they had basically just emailed Mr Adrian M. and not CountryWide.

At 12:28 I sent a SMS to Mr Adrian M. saying: “Dear Mr M. is there any update from CountryWide for the extension.”

At 12:40 I sent and email to Ms Lisa S. from Zurich Insurance Plc regarding the accommodation renewal.

At 13:00 Mr M. replied saying: “we are in contact with them now to extend. adrian”

At 14:11 I sent an email to Mr P.M., BRICS Contractor Manager from GAB Robins Ltd stating: “Did anyone called the Rights Unit Ltd for an update over the phone? I hope you will not wait for a few weeks until their response arrive in the post. Please have in mind that the cost for every day you delay the works is approx £500.

At 14:25 I sent an email to Ms Sarah J. from Zurich Insurance Plc regarding my complaint.

At 14:28 I sent another SMS to Mr Adrian M. stating: “Any update about the renewal?”

At 14:31 I called GAB Robins Ltd and after 35 mins on the phone they told me that someone called Alan from CountryWide will call me to arrange the accommodation.

At 14:45 I called CountryWide and I was told that they have all the information they need. However they did not know when they will book the hotel.

At 14:50 I received the confirmation code for the booking after a very stressful day and many phone calls.
