The works for removing the old flooring have started today and they will continue tomorrow. The works were carried out without any protection to the radiators, stairs or kitchen.
On the first day the contractors managed to do the following:
- Destroy the concrete floor and in some areas the holes are quite deep.
- Left the flat unlocked and insecure.
- No BAL F76 was present on the old floor in contract with the insurance’s emails and assurances.
- No protection was taken to keep the dust on the ground floor and away from the kitchen and the upper floor.
- A complaint was received by neighbours about the early hours of the works.
