Today the Zurich insurance’s contractors managed to destroy the newly installed wooden parquet floor.
The toilet floor was wet under the floor protection that was installed today. This is total incompetence and of course not acceptable by any standards or anyone.
The last photo above shows the damages to the first riser of my stairs. Since the floor contractors did not protect the stairs, it was inevitable to have damages.
