It is two weeks since we moved back to the property but we have not heard anything from the insurance about the outstanding issues and problems.
On the 29th May 2014 I called Mr Gary D. from Zurich Insurance Plc and requested an update. He apologised and promised to take some action.
On the 29th May 2014 Mr Paul C. promised to contact me on the same day with a plan after his meeting with the contractors but this did not happened.
