Today after many months of inactivity, I have contacted GAB Robins Ltd and requested an update from Mr Paul C. who subsequently contacted their contractors for an update.
Eventually someone from E J Taylor & Son Ltd called and booked an appointment for the morning of the 19th August 2014.
Hopefully the contractors will will fix all the remaining issues during that day.
