Check in to Premier Inn

Premier Inn HotelWe managed to go to the hotel with half of my luggage at around 16:00. We tried to do the check in via the automated service but we received an error message. A young lady offered to help us but in the end she had to asked for her supervisor’s help.

The supervisor was very friendly and helpful and she allocated us three rooms on the second floor. When we went upstairs to leave our luggage we found that the first room was ok but the other two were not suitable. Both of them were very noisy since there were some of the hotel’s machines outside their windows.

We have requested to change the rooms but the hotel was fully booked apart from another room. So one of us transferred his luggage to the new room which was slightly better.
