More Arguments

AngerAt 08:11 I sent an email to Mr Adrian M. about the accommodation extension as well as the expenses. This was the 12th email/SMS for this extension.

At 08:30 I sent an email to Mr Aaron M. and the local councillors regarding the Zurich contract.

At 08:48 I received an email from Mr Adrian M. stating that he will contact Countrywide and then myself later today.

At 08:51 I received an email from Mr P.M., BRICS Contractor Manager from GAB Robins Ltd, who is refusing to answer my questions regarding the floor works.

At 08:59 I sent an email to Mr Gary D. regarding the unanswered questions.

At 10:01 I received a call from Mr Gary D., Claim Technician from Zurich Insurance Plc. He promised to answer my questions that Mr P.M. refused repeatedly to answer. He also requested a meeting on Tuesday 4th March 2014.

At 10:48 I received an email from Mr P.M., BRICS Contractor Manager from GAB Robins Ltd. He stated that:

I can confirm the areas of laytex that required removing before the new laytex was laid have been done to a standard needed to allow the new floor to be fitted. The flooring will be the same as previous delivered to your property, this has not been damaged by rain and again all of the above will be covered by the guarantee at the end of the works. 

At 11:01 I received a call from Mr Adrian M., about the accommodation and the expenses. He arranged the accommodation until Friday 21st March 2014. He also promised to do something about the expenses.

At 12:39 I called Countrywide regarding the accommodation but the lady could not provide me with the answers I wanted. She promised to ask Amanda to call me back.

At 13:21 I received a call from Amanda (Countrywide). She has booked the hotel and she confirmed that we will have to check out on the 21-03-2014. Mr Adrian M. told her that no other extension will be necessary!!

At 13:38 I received the reservation reference was sent by text.

At 14:06 I sent an email to Mr P.M., BRICS Contractor Manager from GAB Robins Ltd, stating the following: “Your answer suggests that both Arditex and BAL F76 have been removed. What have they installed instead of the BAL F76?”
