I visited the property today and I discovered the following:
- The floor sub-contractors were using my bathroom upstairs in contrast with the assurances of GAB Robins for the opposite.
- The toilet seat was broken or loose.
- The stairs were not protected while the contractors were using the bathroom. Possible marks and damages.
- The contractors E.J. Taylor and Son Ltd used normal tape and not a masking tape to protect the stairs. The glue of that tape might be difficult to remove. See photos below:
