A few minutes after our previous email about the lock box, Mr Nick H. from GAB Robins replied to my previous email. He did not answer any questions but he mentioned that
- works have to be done as soon as possible
- he will be out of office from next week
- his colleague will after the works but he is out of office now
- Zurich will not renew the hotel
- He did not provide a Schedule of Works
- He provided No Dates for the works
In order to do the works someone has to come and collect the keys. Someone has to bring the old keys back to me.
Mr Nick H. also suggested that all the works (floor, painting, repairs) will be done in two days while cleaning will be done in the other two days. Is that realistic?
